Description
I was going more for fictional dinosauromorph lineage, not exactly a dinosaur, and my intent was to imply that his specie's feet evolved convergently with those of sauropods. Consequently, the feet don't quite match those of dinosaurs. Since Godzilla appears to be an archosaur of some kind, yet has a suite of highly unusual characters for an amniote, let alone an archosaur, I decided to push his specie's supposed evolution as far back as possible while still keeping him fairly close to Dinosauria. Godzilla appears to have secondarily-evolved, pharyngeal gill slits, he would need metal bones (to support his mass), and incredibly strong muscles many times stronger than those of vertebrates, and, of course, he is a living nuclear reactor and particle beam weapon! : )

What I like about this drawing is that you took into account Godzilla's diapsid ancestry and included the diapsid temporal fenestrae. Most google searches for Godzilla's skull show me a completely anapsid configuration, or a synapsid skull.
